Trenchless installation of utilities under roads, rail, rivers, and developed areas — typical bores of 600 to 1,800 ft, with proven installs beyond 5,000 ft. Fixed price per linear foot.

Rock Boring

Our signature capability. Specialized rock motors, openers, and rebuilt high-thrust rigs that hold line and grade through solid granite up to 40,000 psi.

River & Wetland Crossings

Licensed Maryland marine contractor for crossings in protected waterways and sensitive habitats — including multi-thousand-foot bores deep beneath active rivers.
